Do you offer onsite IT support in Cape Town?
Yes. We do onsite call-outs across Cape Town metro: City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, Southern and Northern Suburbs, Blaauwberg, South Peninsula and Helderberg. Areas further out, like the Winelands, Overberg and Garden Route, are mostly served remotely, with scheduled onsite visits.
How does remote IT support work?
You download a small, secure screen-sharing app. We connect only with your permission, and you watch everything we do. When the session ends, access is closed. Most software, email and Windows or Mac issues can be fixed this way within the hour.
Can you reinstall Windows without losing my files?
Yes. Before any reinstall we back up your documents, photos, email and browser data. Then we do a clean Windows 11 or 10 install, restore your files and reinstall your apps.
Do you support Apple Mac computers?
Yes. We handle macOS reinstalls and upgrades, new Mac setup, data migration, iCloud and Time Machine, Office for Mac and general Mac troubleshooting.
How much does IT support cost?
We quote upfront before starting. Remote support is billed in short time blocks with no call-out fee. Onsite visits have a fixed call-out rate depending on your area. WhatsApp us for a quick quote.
Do you build custom POS systems?
Yes. We build and install point-of-sale systems for shops, restaurants, cafés, salons and spaza shops. That covers the software, tills, receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners and card-machine integration, plus stock control and daily reports.

Yes. We install HD and IP camera systems for homes and businesses across Cape Town, with NVR recording, night vision, motion alerts and live viewing on your phone. We also upgrade and repair existing systems.
